The Rock
Shoppe, of Plymouth has been in business for
over 13 years. Located on the border of Wayne and Washtenaw
counties, it provides quality hard landscaping products to
all of southeast Michigan. The owners, Helena and Marco Scappaticci,
employ about 50 people during their peak season which is
the summer months. They have 7-acres of various landscaping
products and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The
business has grown tremendously over the years and continued
growth is expected well into the future. The strong new-housing
market in Michigan fuels the demand for hard landscaping
products. The folks at the Rock Shoppe are ready, willing,
and able to deliver! www.rock-shoppe.com
As
the business has grown, so has its place in cyber space. The
Rock Shoppe has had a web site since 1999. Recently,
the Scappaticcis have increased their web presence with a second
web site devoted entirely to natural and artificial rock
veneer siding for both residential and commercial use. It will
be followed by a third web site which will feature personalized
products for the home and garden. |

Michigan
is a great place to do business! For big businesses or small,
Michigan has it all! The Ultimate Directory is your "go
to" place to find the Michigan small business links you
want most. Pick your city and browse through a list of fine
business establishments. From landscaping supplies to gift
shop collectibles; from churches that are architectural jewels
to backyard fencing, you'll find it all here.
Governor
Jennifer Granholm has begun a "Cool
Cities" initiative
to bring attention and development to the wonderful places
to visit and do business in Michigan. The Ultimate
Directory goes one step farther to
highlight "Cool
Businesses" in Michigan. Here are some examples: sensuous,
soothing, suds... handmade glycerin soap from Soap Scentsations
of Port Huron (now does that sound "cool" or
what?); rich, rugged, rocks... everything in hard landscaping
supplies from the Rock Shoppe of Plymouth (cooler than "cool");
dainty, delicate, dolls... collectibles of every sort from
Sally's Gifts of Dearborn (the "coolest" of gifts
for the descrimating buyer); and wet, wonderful, water...
outdoor pond supplies from Aquatic Oasis of Hartland (you
gotta admit, water is "cool"!).
